We charge 20~35 RMB per class for our yoga lessons, which include a variety of categories: flow yoga, hatha yoga and restorative yoga. Each class is 90 minutes long and has approximately less than 20 students, and we promise you that after 30 or more lessons your skills will have a satisfying improvement. You can get a 5% off discount if you purchase 10 or more classes at once.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is originated from India, focusing on physical and mental strength building exercises and postures. It does not require high skills or flexibility, so that even the most basic beginners are suitable for practicing hatha yoga without being worried of possible injuries. We strongly recommend beginners for hatha yoga.

Flow yoga, also known as "Vinyasa yoga", is a combination of several styles of yoga that all focus on synchronizing the motions of body and the breath. It can help to develop mental focus and also gives your body a better shape. Each motion of the flow yoga has either an inhalation or exhalation, and the yogis practicing flow yoga will use breathes to measure the time that she or he spends on each pose.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is the type of yoga that requires props to support your body so that you can hold your positions longer and well stretch every parts of your muscles. They are usually very relaxing, and are a good complement for more active practices. You may be required to hold the pose for an extended period like 10 ~ 20 minutes
